Position Summary

The University of Indianapolis is seeking a Graduate Program Director in the School of Nursing. This is a 12-month tenure -track faculty position.

Graduate nursing tracks are offered in nursing education, nursing and health systems leadership, family, gerontological and neonatal nurse practitioner, and Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Certificate, post-master’s and online education options are available.

Required Education/Experience/Skills (Minimum Qualifications)

Qualifications: An earned doctorate in nursing; eligibility for Indiana licensure as a registered nurse; demonstrated activity in scholarly endeavors to include extramural funding, project development and implementation; publication and professional presentations commensurate with experience; demonstrated record of involvement in the professional community; and evidence of professional leadership activities at regional and national levels. The Graduate Program Director position requires a minimum of five years experience in nursing education and five years of academic administrative experience.
